Ginger infused Bombay Style Cauliflower

Serves 20 to 25


16 ounces Canola Oil

1 cup finely chopped fresh ginger root
3 ounces Luknow Masala Suhki's

6 heads Cauliflower Large Florets

1 cup coarsely chopped cilantro leaves

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and cook ginger, stirring continiously until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add Bombay Masala seasoning and saute for 5-10 seconds. Place in a mixing bowl and toss with the
cauliflower, place on a sheet pan and roast in a 350 F oven until well browned and tender.
Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro.  

 

Chef’s Tips:

Using a spoon to peel the fresh ginger works better than knife.
